Unfortunately often overlooked, ‘Listening’ provides a specific advantage. Here are some unique ways to interpret and implement listening in order to engage and influence those you work with.

How would you rate your relationships with different individuals, who is rated below 4? Listening could provide the missing key. The point of listening is not necessarily for your benefit, but enabling an experience for the person speaking, which will in turn influence your ability to influence and connect. If someone doesn’t feel listened to they’re less likely to think clearly or connect with you authentically. Understand words or phrases that are elements of significance. Which body cues can you pick up on, which tones?
